Within the many listed tasks are choosing the date,  the venue [local or destination], the reservations, the deposits as well as searching for vendors that will make up your dream team for the day, such as your photographer, cinematographer, various entertainment, catering and alcohol, planner or coordinator, minister, HMUA etc.

 I mean, feels overwhelming, right?

I believe the above examples will allow you to visualize the plan for the day, and can help in order to make a sound investment decision for your wedding day and it also reveals how your wedding day timeline may look like counting in ALL your variables, of course this is not to say to be the holy grail of timelines, but indeed a good look-over visual that provides you with a glimpse of how the right collection offered by photographers can benefit you in use of an effective timeline for you day.  Remember that time given to document, allows your vendor to capture your day properly.
